Commissioned as part of a government awareness campaign, I created a calming breathing animation aimed at reducing stress among students and teachers in the educational sector.
The animation guides viewers through a simple, slow-paced breathing exercise, using soft motion graphics, gentle color fades, and minimal typography. It was designed to be used across school screens, social media, and digital platforms.
The visual style is intentionally accessible and universal, making it suitable for all educational levels. The goal: to raise awareness about mental health in education and offer a quick, effective tool for stress relief.
